Art With Kathryn

Art with Kathryn was established in 2015 as a 6-week summer art-based curriculum after being approached by parents who expressed interest in private lessons for their children during breaks from school.

This year, I am offering a more flexible schedule, allowing you to choose specific weeks that work best for your family. Classes are tentatively 

My mission is to offer quality art education and services in the convenience of private residences and/or community facilities. The aim is to expose students to different art styles and techniques. The first two lessons will be focused primarily on the students’ skill levels and interests to be able to make a more informed decision on the curriculum to follow.

With private/semi-private lessons, I am better able to offer individualized attention, and set a pace that meets the student’s abilities. In a Private Lesson, I will focus on challenging an students’ existing skills and taking them to a more advanced level. The curriculum is customized to build students’ skills and knowledge of art with their interests in mind, to help students gain confidence, see results, and most importantly, have fun doing it.
